Kieran Coyle
Managing
Director
An award-winning global business leader. Kieran is also the owner of Premiership Experience, a hugely successful company working in partnership with some of the biggest names in Sport & Entertainment with offices in the UK, China & Middle East.
Having taken the brand from an initial concept aged only 19 to a global business, he knows what is takes to succeed in an international capacity. With other notable business interests including a digital media company and property, Kieran has diverse cross sector experience. Kieran also played football to professional level in Scotland.
Alex Font
Managing Director

Alex was Vice President of Sales & Customer Experience China for Viking Cruises and was Co-Founder and Director for Opus One Asia, a Direct Marketing/Sales company sold in 2016 based out of Shanghai China.
He is a 25-year veteran and is familiar with Selling Travel and Hospitality products and services as well as Business to Business applications for the BPO industry in the U.S., Japan, China and Korea. Alex has also worked with Sprint Corporation in the U.S. and Korea.
Alex D. Font is a past President and Board Member of EO Shanghai (Entrepreneurs Organization). He has served as a Chairman of the China DMA, The Chairmanship of the Telemarketing Sub-committee for the American Chamber of Commerce Japan and has served in The International Advisory Board for The Direct Marketing Association.
Alex was also a professor at Temple University Japan and has served as a visiting professor at HULT Business School Shanghai for Direct/Digital Marketing as well as Data Analytics.
His hobbies include travelling and learning about cultures and history, reading spy novels and following Formula One. Alex is fluent in English and Spanish and has basic Japanese and Chinese conversational skills.
Brian McLean

Brian is an international consultant with over 25 years’ success in senior management and operational execution of business development strategies – research, data capture, marketing, lead generation and sales to corporate clients in PLC’s and Government agencies in UK, China and Hong Kong.
Brian has executed programmes in China as well as in Asia since 1998 for: Think London (Inward Investment Agency of David Cameron’s Government); Financial Times; MEED, AFP Global (HK); InvestHK; ENN (China plc in Energy sector); Glanbia (Ireland plc); LCF Clubs (online learning); UKTI; and more.
Brian was part of the UK Government’s Trade Relations ceremony in 2010 in Beijing for development of business relations between China & UK. He has played a prominent role in consulting leading private schools on developing themselves in China as well as consultancy to Chinese families about the best options for British education.
Brian is a former professional equestrian, representing Great Britain at International level in Europe.

An experienced and results driven professional who has excelled in several demanding roles. Having progressed to become a senior operations manager in a global Chinese hospitality organisation, Sura possesses the know-how to succeed in Asia.
Highly proficient in digital & social media management, Sura oversees our in house team who control the logistics, distribution and digital strategy for all client activity.
